We are the second owners and bought it 9 months ago. Until then it was stored indoors since new. The original owners live in El Centro and used it to beat the heat in the summer. We have all records and manuals since new and it is well maintained. We have replaced every fluid and had the coach and chassis gone through by County RV and Horsmann Automotive in Santee, CA. Everything works aside from the LP tank gauge that needs a sender and the emergency start solenoid is intermittent. There is also a crack in the kitchen countertop. Other than that it is in very good shape. We have been on many local trips in San Diego and just returned from a 1000 mile trip to Big Sur. We are long time fifth wheel campers and this is our first motorhome. It has served us well and we are selling to upgrade to something with a separate bed for our 10 year old so we can go on longer trips across the country next spring.

It is located in San Diego and we have a clean CA Title in hand.

We also have a 2004 Ford Ranger Toad that can be added to the deal. It has an aux brake and is fully outfitted to tow with 92K miles on it. . $45K for both.
